AI Performance Tracking That Keeps the Answer Behind Every Metric

Our services are built for B2B SaaS brands, ecommerce and DTC brands, fintech and Web3 companies, AI tools and software companies, agencies and consultants, and enterprise marketing teams.

UnderAI GEO Workspace helps teams monitor how brands appear across AI-generated answers. Configure markets, competitors, Prompt Groups, and platforms; review daily results; and trace Visibility, TOP3, Sentiment, and Citation findings back to the full Answer Snapshot.

What you can answer

  • Does our brand appear for the questions that matter?
  • Are we among the first recommendations?
  • How does the answer describe us?
  • Which competitors appear instead?
  • Which domains and articles support the answer?
  • What changed between comparable collection dates?
  • Which page or external source should we act on next?

Organize measurement around the brand and market

Brand Workspaces

Keep a brand’s projects, aliases, competitors, and team access under one workspace. Aliases help prevent known product and naming variants from being treated as separate entities.

Market-specific Tracking Projects

Each Tracking Project is bound to one target market. Configure the competitors, keywords, Prompt Groups, prompts, and enabled platforms appropriate to that market rather than blending unlike audiences into one score.

Prompt Groups

Group prompts by product, audience, funnel stage, decision, or campaign. Prompt wording is immutable after creation so historical observations retain a stable question. Create a new prompt when the wording changes.

Track the AI platforms relevant to your project

The current international default set includes:

  • ChatGPT;
  • Google AI Overviews;
  • Google AI Mode;
  • Perplexity;
  • Gemini.

Enabled platforms are project-configurable. Confirm the required market, language, platform, and collection availability during setup. UnderAI does not describe an unavailable platform result as zero visibility.

Move from overview to evidence

Platform Overview

Review Coverage Rate, Visibility, TOP3, covered-prompt counts, and changes against the previous comparable day. Filter by project, date, platform, and Prompt Group so the denominator stays interpretable.

Prompt Tracker and Prompt Detail

See Coverage, Coverage Change, Visibility, TOP3, Sentiment, and history for the questions you monitor. Drill into individual dates and platforms instead of treating an aggregate as the evidence itself.

Answer Snapshots

Inspect the saved answer, mentioned brands, target-brand exposure, opinion or Sentiment signals, and Citation URLs. This is the review layer behind the metric.

Citation analysis

Prompt Detail can surface top cited platforms and top cited articles, while individual snapshots retain Citation records. Use that evidence to distinguish an official website gap from an external publisher gap.

Metrics with clear boundaries

MetricUse it to understandDo not infer
Coverage RateWhether scheduled prompts produced evaluable resultsThat failed runs are non-mentions
VisibilityBrand appearance and prominence under the product formulaRevenue or causal impact
TOP3Presence among the first three relevant recommendationsUniversal market rank
SentimentPositive, Neutral, or Negative Answer Snapshot stateThat every factual claim is accurate

UnderAI’s public field name is Sentiment, expressed as Positive, Neutral, or Negative at the Answer Snapshot level. The older Neutral Rate percentage is not presented as a current capability.

From monitoring to action

Software makes ongoing evidence accessible. UnderAI’s managed products can take the next step when your team needs research, diagnosis, implementation, or verification.

Built for evidence-led teams

Brand and marketing teams

Understand how positioning and reputation appear in AI answers without relying on screenshots collected ad hoc.

SEO and content teams

Connect a missed question or Citation gap to the official page that should own it.

Agencies and multi-market operators

Separate brands, markets, projects, competitors, and Prompt Groups while maintaining role-based access.

Analysts and researchers

Review the Answer Snapshot behind an aggregate and preserve collection status, platform, and date.

Access and commercial terms

UnderAI GEO Workspace uses invitation-based access. Public list pricing, external API terms, export entitlements, and plan caps are not currently documented. These fields should be confirmed in procurement; “not publicly documented” does not mean the capability is absent.

Start with the measurement problem

Tell us which brand, market, competitors, platforms, and buyer questions you need to understand. UnderAI can scope the Workspace alone or combine it with a reviewed audit and implementation program.

A published UnderAI measurement example

UnderAI’s July 2026 fixed Panel shows the evidence shape the Workspace is designed to preserve: exact Prompt IDs, repeated platform runs, successful and failed units, full answers, competitor roles, Citation URLs, and publisher classifications. The complete counts and exclusions live in the AI Citation Rate Benchmarks and Most Cited Domains study, rather than being repeated across the product page.

The product does not manufacture a positive visibility score. It keeps absence, source availability, and collection failure separate so the team can make a defensible content, website, source, or measurement decision.

From dashboard to evidence

An aggregate should always open into its underlying record:

Tracking Project
  → Prompt Group and fixed Prompt ID
    → scheduled platform run
      → success, failure, or empty state
        → Answer Snapshot
          → brand and competitor review
            → canonical Citation URL
              → page or source action

The AI Citation Rate Benchmarks and Most Cited Domains study are public examples of analyses produced from that evidence model.

Product fact boundary

This page describes the product scope verified for the current UnderAI workflow. Platform availability is project-configurable. Public API, export, plan-cap, and list-price claims remain excluded unless UnderAI publishes and maintains those commercial facts.
